City firm Speechly Bircham has elected corporate partner Michael Lingens as its new managing partner. The 40-partner firm has just posted record turnover and profits and will be moving to new purpose-built offices near Holborn Circus. Lingens said the firm had decided to concentrate on seven key areas, including corporate, tax and employment.
