In brief: Conditional fees protection plan on offer

A new conditional fee protection plan is being launched by Litigation Protection in response to the Lord Chancellor's recent

announcement on "no win no fee" arrangements. The plan will cover all classes of litigation included in the new conditional fee regulations - cases of personal injury and medical negligence, insolvency work, and applications to the European Court of Justice. A conditional fee scheme, set up by the Law Society, will cover only personal injury cases.
