In brief: Clyde & Co settles harassment claim

City law firm Clyde & Co has agreed to pay a u20,000 out-of-court settlement to its former marketing manager, following claims she was sexually harassed by a partner. The firm settled with Julie-Anne Wildman who alleges she was harassed by her former lover, married senior litigation partner Christopher Gooding, after she ended their affair. Wildman says she approached Clyde & Co partners and its head of personnel about Gooding's behaviour, but they failed to intervene.
