City firm Kingsley Napley has joined the Liberty pro bono panel, bringing the number of member firms to nine. The panel of City firms, set up in 1994, takes test case referrals from human rights organisation Liberty. Other members include Allen & Overy, Clifford Chance and Richards Butler. Stephen Pollard, partner at Kingsley Napley, said: "I believe Liberty deserves the full support of the legal profession.
