In brief: Cambridge prof gets Eversheds post

A University of Cambridge professor has been appointed as a consultant to the national planning team of Eversheds. Professor Malcolm Grant is the country's leading authority on planning law and will assist Eversheds in the development of its planning practice. Grant, author of the Encyclopedia of Planning Law and Practice – considered by many to be the bible of planning practitioners – said of his appointment: “I am looking forward to working with Eversheds because it has one of the largest planning teams in the country and it has a national focus.”
