Im on the LPC looking for a training contract. Should I reapply to firms that didnt ask me for interview?

That will depend on a number of factors. If you believe that the reason you werent called for interview was something that hasnt changed between then and now for example, if the firm asks for a 2:1 and you have a 2:2 then the answer is probably no. But if the reason was something that you could address, and your application is now stronger for example, you didnt secure an interview because you lacked work experience, which youve since acquired then perhaps this is something you could look at revisiting. If it is a firm you particularly want to work for, call it, explain how your situation has changed and that youre still keen to work for it, and ask if it would consider your application. What you shouldnt do is send out identical repeat applications.
