Iliffes Booth Bennett has hired a new partner to head its personal injury (PI) practice.
Malcolm Underhill, a specialist in brain and spinal injuries, was previously a partner at Vizards Wyeth, which left in July.
In the past two years, Underhill has worked on claims worth approximately £30m. He plans to strengthen the firm’s position as a leader in PI and joins three other specialist PI lawyers at Iliffes Booth.
