Salary range NQ – £31,500 to £44,500 for 6PQE (depending on areas).
Bonuses Flexible bonuses each year, based on the firm hitting a target in May, and calculated as percentage of salary. Reward bonus in June for all, and net fee-earner bonuses paid immediately in response to remarkable work.
