Bonuses Annual bonuses are awarded against individual performance criteria. Up to senior associate level, the value is up to 10 per cent of salary.

Appraisals Annual facilitated appraisal, regular supervisor feedback, staff bonus scheme assessments at six and 12 months. At partner level, a 360° part is incorporated.
