Howard Kennedy property partner Paul Springall and media and entertainment partner Brian Eagles helped new client Singer Vielle Sales develop the ‘Click to Purchase’ concept. Springall said: “We’re entering into a world of buying and selling everything under the sun online. Why not move that onto property in a meaningful way?”
The online product targets international investors and allows for deals to be closed quickly.

The deal concerned the sale of a £1m restaurant in Kent by LG client Monmouth Properties to an unnamed purchaser. LG property partner Jon Lloyd and associate Catherine Gunz had key roles.
Martin Shepherd senior partner and commercial property head Michael Salida and partner Daniel Raja acted for the purchaser.
