Paisner’s (BLP) market-leading real estate practice,
Vinay Veneik has had a standout year.
As a core practice team leader, Veneik is the
relationship partner for Great Portland Estates and
one of the senior partners handling the massive
Legal & General account, which ranks alongside
Tesco for its importance to BLP’s real estate practice.
In the past year, working closely with department
head Robert MacGregor, Veneik won Omega Land
Portfolio as a client, the massive real estate fund
that is wholly owned by Morgan Stanley.
Known for his energy and tenacity, Veneik is a
superb dealmaker. His year was highlighted by his
work for Great Portland in its compiling of a 1.2-acre
holding surrounding Hanover Square, in which
Veneik orchestrated an £86.9m land swap of
properties on Oxford Street and New Bond Street
with Prudential.
