Tony Morton-Hooper’s year was dominated by the
bullying case he fought and won for Deutsche Bank
company secretarial assistant Helen Green in
August 2006.
Acting on a CFA, Morton-Hooper secured an
award of more than £850,000 for Green, who was
suing Deutsche Bank Group Services for a
deliberate campaign of bullying by colleagues.
The work prompted a rush of work into Morton-
Hooper’s diverse litigation and arbitration practice,
which covers private client and catastrophic injuries
in addition to his commercial work.
Morton-Hooper also qualified as a mediator last
year, further diversifying an already growing body
of work.
