The Lawyer Hot 100 has one of those rare creatures:
a female managing partner of a top 100 firm.
Under Gilmour, managing partner since 1 April
last year, FFW has converted to limited-liability
partnership (LLP) status and is now on course to
meet its target turnover of £75m by 2008, a figure
set in 2004 when the firm’s fee income was £47m.
The firm is in safe hands.
