| If there is one firm that is a fixture on the annual
‘Best Places to Work’ listings then it would have to
be Pannone. And much of the credit for that goes to
Joy Kingsley.
Pannone’s managing partner has been at the
forefront of promoting a range of issues related to
the welfare of her staff, whether lawyers or support,
and the firm scores particularly highly on diversity
issues, with a high proportion of female partners as
well as, of course, Kingsley herself.
When this managing partner talks of ‘investment
in people’, you can be sure she actually means what
she says.
