  • Time Billing merely requires consideration of what the aspects of the work require. For Administarative and other basic work done by the Solicitor, the biller should charge a lower rate given the non complexity of these matters. It would make the system fairer to the client. Rather than guess a lump sum fee, it would be more equitable for a client to pay for the work actually done as there are too many variables in litigation and other matters to fix a fee.
