•Holman Fenwick & Willan has boosted its aviation capability through the hire of Stephenson Harwood partner David Relf. The firm has also promoted five of its lawyers to the partnership. London-based Ruth Allcoat and Toby Stephens, as well as Paris-based Stanislas Lequette, have all been promoted in the marine unit. London-based Kapil Dhir and Alistair Feeney have been made up in thecommercial practice group and the trade and energy group respectively. A further realignment in the firm comes in the form of shipping and trading law partner Chris Quennell, who has moved to Holman's Dubai office from Melbourne, while partner Richard Jowett has moved from Dubai to Melbourne.
