Holman Fenwick Willan partners Jonathan Campbell, Alistair Johnston and Julian Clark have left the firm to set up a marine boutique in the City.

Campbell Johnston Clark, which has no internal billing targets, launched at the beginning of ­September and offers alternative fee structures. Clark’s ­specialism is ­contractual dispute resolution and casualty work, including piracy, Johnston’s is shipping and marine insurance, while Campbell is a transactional lawyer who acts for banks and shipowners.
