Holman Fenwick Willan partners Jonathan Campbell, Alistair Johnston and Julian Clark have left the firm to set up a marine boutique in the City.
Campbell Johnston Clark, which has no internal billing targets, launched at the beginning of September and offers alternative fee structures. Clark’s specialism is contractual dispute resolution and casualty work, including piracy, Johnston’s is shipping and marine insurance, while Campbell is a transactional lawyer who acts for banks and shipowners.
