Holman secures Dubai partner from Clydes

Michael Pilkington has joined Holman Fenwick & Willan's Dubai office as a partner.

Pilkington was previously an insurance partner at Clyde & Co.

He will be focusing on the firm's insurance and reinsurance practice in the Middle East, using his extensive experience in the areas of commercial litigation and arbitration.

Pilkington said he was pleased to be returning to Dubai, where he worked for three years earlier in his career.

He said it was a region that was booming on the back of massive investment.
