Holman Fenwick Willan has announced a 13 per cent turnover increase to £112.5m for the 2010/11 financial year.
The firm said the increase, up from £99.6m last year, was largely due to the strength of its international offices. Offices outside London now account for 45 per cent of Holman Fenwick’s global turnover.
As well as a new Geneva office and the imminent opening of an office in Perth, Australia, Holman Fenwick has made a number of lateral hires and internal promotion across its international network during the past 12 months.
Holman Fenwick converted to LLP status in 2009 and introduced a new financial year end in 2010. When examined on a comparative 12-month basis, this year’s increase is 6 per cent from a 2009/10 revenue of approximately £106m.
That figure is more in line with the projected trend among top 20 firms, where turnover increases are expected to be in the single-digit area (2 May 2011).
Senior partner Richard Crump said: “We continue to see opportunities for international growth and recent developments in our business reflect entirely our strategy of investing in core sectors of focus on an international basis.”
