Holland & Knight merges in Chicago

Holland & Knight's marriage to the 40-lawyer practice which specialises in litigation, real estate, land use and employment law creates a law firm with more than 950 lawyers.

Holland & Knight's managing partner, Bill McBride, says the merger will solidify the firm's presence in Chicago - which he describes as one of the top business and financial centres of the country.
