Hogan Lovells’ graduate recruitment team is making its first assault on the world of social networking by launching a Facebook group.
The group is aimed at attracting students and future trainees and will provide members with feature videos and news from the firm.
Graduate recruitment partner Lawson Caisley said: “We’ve always placed great importance on engaging and connecting with potential future trainee solicitors throughout the academic year.
“Our Facebook page will enable students interested in the firm to keep up-to-date with all our news and opportunities.”
Anyone signing up will have the option of taking part in a quiz to be in with a chance of winning an iPad.
The top 10 firm follows in the footstep of magic circle giants Allen & Overy and Linklaters, which both launched Facebook pages aimed at the graduate recruitment market last year (16 November 2010).
Linklaters’ graduate recruitment team also launched a dedicated Twitter account, which provides 500 members with regular updates about graduate recruitment at the firm.
