Hogan & Hartson Munich office has added a former Allen & Overy (A&O) corporate partner to its ranks.
Henning Mennenöh, who was at Clifford Chance prior to joining Allen & Overy, specialises in corporate and M&A work for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
Mennenöh’s hire is part of a concerted effort by Hogan to target the European life sciences market. Mennenöh will join the firm in December and ahead of that the firm has transferred key life sciences partner Linda Horton from Washington DC to Brussels.
Horton had a spell as the US Food and Drug Administration’s legislative chief, deputy chief counsel, and director of international policy. She is hoping to promote an integrated transatlantic life sciences practice.
