This year, The Lawyer’s annual ranking of the largest UK law firms by turnover is available as an interactive, digital benchmarking tool. For the first time this will allow you to manipulate each data set against the metrics of your choice.

Equity structure: Modified lockstep with partners moving up one step each year based on performance. A formal three-year review by a committee chaired by managing partner David Wareing can move partners up or down the lockstep or maintain their position. Plateau is at eight years, but there is also a super plateau for senior partners. There are currently seven partners at the top of lockstep.
