Hill Dickinson has not seen its profit per equity partner increase at all this year.
The law firm posted a PEP of £310,000, which is the same as last year's figure. Profits will have taken a hit with the investment made in the move to new headquarters in St Paul's Square, Liverpool at the end of last year.
Meanwhile the firm has posted a growth in revenue of 6.7 per cent to £73.1m. It made £68.5m last year.
Senior partner Tony Wilson said: "Our performance is more than pleasing considering the changing economic conditions of the past year. "
The firm's smaller Manchester and niche-shipping office in Piraeus posted the strongest levels of growth, at 20 per cent each.
