Hextalls has appointed its head of employment Jane Liddington as its first non-executive chairman as part of a new management structure.
Liddington will be responsible for mentoring Hextalls staff as well as internal and external communications.
Matthew Clark continues as the firm’s chief executive, driving forward a strategy of increased diversification in Hextall’s practice areas. The firm is expanding areas of work outside its core insurance practice and has recently launched sports and risk solutions teams.
Clark is also due to visit the US later this year with a view to a potential merger.
