Heller Ehrman has added three new partners to its New York labour practice with a raid on New York’s Kelley Drye & Warren.
Kenneth Kirschner, formerly chair of Kelley’s labour and employment practice, will head Heller’s labour and employment practice in New York.
James Hays and Jonathan Stoler, who worked alongside Kirschner at Kelley’s labour practise as partners, will join him. Five associates are also joining the practice.
“With our national and international scope, we’re looking forward to strengthening the practice globally and to building a premier labour and employment practice here in New York,” said Kirschner on behalf of the group.
The additional partner bring the total number of labour lawyers at Heller to more than 35.
