Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe is to become the latest law firm to take space in New York’s Times Square Tower, the once hoped-for home of collapsed accountant Arthur Andersen.
Heller Ehrman is taking 138,000 sq ft at the 7 Times Square building which will house 165 lawyers with space for an additional 80 attorneys. O’Melveny & Myers has already signed up to Times Square Tower which was left empty when anchor tenant Arthur Andersen imploded in 2002.
It is understood that rates for the mid-town space vary between $59 per and $70 per sq ft.
