Harper Macleod sets up retail practice

Harper Macleod has launched a specialist retail practice group across its Glasgow, Edinburgh and Inverness offices.
The move comes after the arrival of Scottish retail and franchising lawyer David Kaye earlier in the year and the increase in demand for services from the firm’s retail clients, which include Optical Express, Ecco Shoes, D2, William Hill, BP Express and Caffe Nero.
