Harneys and Collas Day announce annual promotions

Indira Birkwood, Nancy Erotocritou and Philip Graham have been made up in Harneys’ London, Cyprus and British Virgin Islands (BVI) offices respectively. The firm now has 27 partners.

Birkwood and Erotocritou are both members of Harneys’ banking and finance department. The Cyprus-based practitioner also practises corporate law.

Graham is part of the investment funds department, advising on the formation and restructuring of investment fund vehicles in the BVI.

Meanwhile, Guernsey firm Collas Day has promoted commercial lawyer Paul Wilkes to the role of group partner. Wilkes focuses on both investment funds and banking.

Collas Day recently announced it is to merge with Jersey firm Crill Canavan later this year.
