Finnish firm Hannes Snellman has secured a significant coup by luring the head of legal from the debt capital markets division of pan-Nordic investment bank Nordea.
Matti Engelberg joins the firm as a partner in the finance and capital markets group. Engelberg, a former client, was head of legal services and chief legal counsel for Nordea debt capital markets. Engelberg has worked at Nordea and its predecessor companies for 18 years, working across a number of areas including mergers and acquisitions and equity-related instruments.
