Nordic firm Hannes Snellman has recruited a former Cederquist real estate transactions team for its Stockholm office.
Safa Mahmoudi will head the real estate practice and will work alongside Nimrod Badur and Caroline Englund. All three have additional expertise in commercial tenancy law and property management agreements.
The practice will be an integrated part of Hannes Snellman’s real estate teams in Helsinki, Moscow and St. Petersburg.
“By recruiting Safa, Nimrod and Caroline, yet another important piece falls into place on our journey towards becoming the leading Nordic law firm, as explicitly set out in our strategy,” said Fredrik von Baumgarten, managing partner in Stockholm.
