Hammonds LLP would like to clarify that there are two dates in the year when equity partners are free to leave the firm, and no restrictions are placed on the number of partners that can resign on those dates. The firm does not have a lock-in. Any underperforming partners are managed under a separate system, and this is not affected in any way by those two dates in the year.
