The sports group at Hammonds has held onto Fulham FC as a client, scooping the lead role on the club's kit supply and sponsorship deals.
Hammonds advised the club on its kit deal with Nike and sponsorship deal with LG Electronics, both of which will last four years. This is despite the firm losing key sports partners Jonathan Taylor to Bird & Bird and Alisdair Bell to McDermott Will & Emery earlier in the year.
Contentious sports head Stephen Sampson said: "We're very pleased that when this commercial contract came up Fulham chose to instruct us."
Just Sport, a partner of Nike, has taken over the running of Fulham's club shop as part of the deal.
Hammonds put forward a team that included employment partner Janette Lucas, property lawyer Sarah Dougherty and competition partner Diarmuid Ryan. Senior associate James Hennigan coordinated the deals.
Sampson said: "The kit deal is more sophisticated these days. The arrangement with Nike is not that commonplace as far as I'm aware."
LG and Nike used their own in-house lawyers on the deal.
Hammonds is also acting for former Thai prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra on his £81.6m takeover of Manchester City FC.
