Hammond Suddards and Palmer Grossman take Edward Lewis lawyers

Hammond Suddards has taken on Martin Thomas as an equity partner in firm's 100-strong corporate finance department in London.

Insurance specialists, Palmer Grossman has appointed Chris Gambs as a personal injury partner. A further seven personal injury solicitors have been hired in the firm's Cardiff, Birmingham, Bristol and Southampton offices.

Formerly an equity partner in Edward Lewis's corporate department, Thomas has particular expertise in flotation work for public companies and their advisers on AIM, OFEX and the Official List.
