Halliwells has poached Boodle Hatfield's head of construction as the national heavyweight continues to boost its London real estate offering.
Karen Kirkham joins Halliwells' London office as a partner in its real estate team.
Kirkham said: "Halliwells has a very clear game plan; it's looking to add the same breadth and depth to the London market as it has achieved in its other offices."
