Halliwells lands town centre scheme

Halliwells has advised new client Glossop Land on a town centre regeneration scheme at the Howard Town Mills site in Glossop, Derbyshire.

Head of real estate Mike Edge and associate Jon Mason exchanged agreements with Sainsbury's Supermarkets, which wants to open a store on the site, and with landowner Evans & Reid.

Sainsbury's was advised by Addleshaw Goddard partner John Leake, while consultant David Gladding of Collings advised Evans & Reid.
