Greenberg Traurig Maher’s (GTM) recruitment drive has continued with the hire of finance specialist Emma Menzies from White & Case.
Menzies, a counsel at White & Case, joins GTM as a partner in its corporate and securities practice. It is not the first time that GTM, established by US-based Greenberg Traurig in July 2009, has raided the London office of White & Case.
Last August the firm brought in partners Andrew Croxford, Andrew Caunt and Tim Jeveons (17 August 2009). Since opening in London the firm has grown to around 40 lawyers.
Menzies joined White & Case from Taylor Wessing in 2005 (21 November 2005), and specialises in leveraged and project finance. She will also support the firm’s restructuring practice.
