    This baffled me since it was first mentioned. It's not even like third-party harassment is a huge burden for employers. The law doesn't make them liable any time harassment occurs, but if they do too little to prevent it, or stop it once it starts. Support for a repeal is based on misrepresentation of what the provision actually entails.
