Gouldens seals future with Jones Day

Gouldens has sealed its future after partners voted through the merger with Cleveland’s Jones Day.
The combination, to be named Jones Day Gouldens, will create the world’s sixth largest law firm and just one of a handful of transatlantic mergers that have been approved.
The merger will give the new entity 200 lawyers in London and will award Gouldens access to Jones Day’s vast worldwide coverage which includes 12 US offices, seven in Europe and eight in Asia.
