Corporate partner and M&A specialist Julian Yarr will pick up the reins of the two-partner, six-solicitor London offfice when he arrives in November. The two partners will work together during a six-week crossover period.
Yarr, currently acting for the Royal Bank of Scotland on its takeover of First Active, will continue the office's focus, which is principally on corporate, M&A and private equity work, as well as banking.
White explained: "The office isn't merely a brass-plate facility, we actually do Irish work."
Clients include the European Bioscience Fund and the Irish Film Board.
