Ginestie Magellan in Milan launch
DLA’s former French ally Ginestie Magellan Paley-Vincent has continued its expansionist streak, opening its debut office in Milan.
The firm has hired White & Case partner Anne-Manuelle Gaillet to launch an Italian outpost.
A salaried, or "local" partner at White & Case’s Milan office, Gaillet specialises in corporate/M&A.
Earlier this year, following its split from DLA’s European alliance, the French independent merged with local rival Magellan, creating a 70-lawyer firm.
In addition to its new Milan outpost, Ginestie has offices in Paris, Lyon and London.
