Boitout, a partner at Gide Loyrette Nouel (GLN) and co-head of the firm's Shanghai office, specialises in acquisitions and corporate restructuring matters and has been working on China-related transactions for the past seven years.
In December 2007 the SCFA was inaugurated in order to ensure Shanghai's legal system keeps pace with the city's rapid development as an international finance centre.
