Gibson Dunn raids Latham for LA corporate practice

Gibson Dunn & Crutcher has hired a former Latham & Watkins corporate partner in its Los Angeles office.

David Hernand, who joins the firm at partner level, will focus on the technology sector, specifically public and private M&A.

Peter Ziegler, co-partner in charge of the LA office, added that Hernand has significant experience in private equity and entertainment transactional work.
