Linklaters ally Gianni Origini Grippo & Partners has hired Banco di Napoli’s legal director to help launch an office in Naples. Gianni Origoni is the first major firm to open in Naples and hopes to capitalise on future economic growth thanks to a regional investment program started by the previous government. Nicola Tremante joins from client Banco di Napoli, which recently merged with SanPaolo IMI, together with another former Banco di Napoli legal chief, Marco Marin, and local practitioner and businessman Massimo Profili.
