German lawyers urged to claim for 'overtime'

  • Remember, most are not "real" lawyers in the traditional sense. I am talking about "Volljuristen", die die Befähigung zum Richteramt haben. In english, those who have interned and passed both Federal State Exams, equivalent to what we all have here in London as standard. And, nobody in Germany works a 48 hour week, they might swipe a card through a card reader that says that, but we all know the real deal.
