Partners at Garrigues have unanimously re-elected managing partners José María Alonso Puig and Miguel Gordillo Moro to serve another four-year term.
They have been managed the firm since 2000, and the election confirmed their third consecutive term at the top.
The 185 Garrigues partners also approved the launch of a new office in Almería, which would be the firm’s fourth in Andalucia. and 25th in Spain.
David Moreno, managing partner for Andalucía, said: “Our aim is to always be close to our clients and assist them wherever they go. Almería is a province that generates significant business activity and has a growing reputation for exports.”
The firm is Spain’s largest, boasting a turnover of €193.6m. Internationally it has offices in New York, Brussels, Lisbon, Shanghai and Casablanca.
