Australian-based Gadens’ long-standing managing partner has handed over the reigns to a commercial litigator.
Jon Denovan is stepping down from the managing partner role after eight years and Michael Bradley, who has served as Gadens’ staff partner for seven years, will take over. Gadens houses 85 partners and 720 staff throughout Australia.
Denovan will continue to head the firm’s banking compliance regulatory group, with a particular focus on building up its financial services practice.
As part of his tenure Bradley is aiming to bolster the firm’s property and finance practices as well as strengthening service provided to key clients such as ANZ and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
