Fulbright bulks up in UAE

US firm Fulbright & Jaworski has strengthened its presence in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) with three new recruits and the relocation of a US partner.

Former Denton Wilde Sapte associate Richard Devine has joined the firm’s Dubai office, to which Fulbright partner Randel Young has been relocated.

Richard Tyner, who joins the Saudi office from local firm Mujahid Al-Sawwaf, is accompanied by Mohammed Al-Ghamdi, who comes from the firm’s affiliate Kadasa Law Firm.

Fulbright Middle East head John Lonsberg said: “We’ve had a presence in Saudi Arabia for over 30 years. We aim to recruit another two lawyers in the next six months.”

Lonsberg added that the Saudi office uses lawyers from Dubai to strengthen its team.
