Maples and Calder’s former London managing partner has rejoined her former colleagues from Sidley Austin Brown & Wood after jumping ship to Gide Loyrette Nouel’s UK office.
Securitisation expert Margaret Boswell is once again working with Michael Doran, Colin Mercer, Scott Cameron and Christopher Mead, the group which last year left Sidley for Gide to launch the French firm’s London office.
Boswell was previously with Brown & Wood and stayed with the post-merger firm until 2001 when she moved to Maples. Prior to this, Boswell practised at Allen & Overy and before that Clifford Chance where she also worked with Doran.
