This year, The Lawyer’s annual ranking of the largest UK law firms by turnover is available as an interactive, digital benchmarking tool. For the first time this will allow you to manipulate each data set against the metrics of your choice.
As well as the general advisory panel, the bank has 11 specialist panels, including structured capital markets, securitisation, litigation and corporate recovery.
The private equity panel, which is split into sub-panels for infrastructure and man-agement buyout work, has been expanded, with Addleshaw Goddard, Clifford Chance and Freshfields winning places on the former panel, and Travers Smith on the latter for the first time.
Barclays has an annual legal spend of around £100m. The panels will run from 1 July 2005 to 30 June 2007.
